Meet Our Phenomenal Dentist Near Southlake
Dr. Jason Daaboul
Ever since he was five years old, Dr. Daaboul told his friends and family that he dreamt of becoming a dentist. His interest was mostly due to the pediatric dentist he grew up visiting, as they provided comfortable care while making sure he felt comfortable the entire time. During his college years, he researched further and found that dentistry fit every one of his passions, as he wanted to be in healthcare and also loved working with his hands. After shadowing a few dental professionals, he decided to pursue a career as a dentist and never looked back.
Dr. Daaboul attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate studies before going to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School for his dental doctorate. He has been practicing dentistry for well over two decades and has undergone countless hours of continuing education courses every year to refine his skills and expertise. He is also a proud and active member of various professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society.
Away from the office, Dr. Daaboul lives with his wonderful wife, who he met when he was studying in dental school. They have two amazing children together—their son studies at the University of Arkansas for a business administration degree and their daughter plays volleyball, is in the National Honor Society, and stays busy with various volunteering efforts. Other than dentistry, Dr. Daaboul is also passionate about American muscle cars because of his father’s influence. If he isn’t spending time with his loved ones or attending care shows, he’s most likely working in the yard or taking care of his aquarium.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I find the best place to get dental work done?
Caring for your smile can be an incredibly personal endeavor, and it’s only natural to want to find a dentist near Southlake you can trust. If you’re unsure what qualities to look for in potential providers or are overwhelmed by the many options and are struggling to narrow your search, it can help to identify your priorities first.
For example, do you need someone who’s in-network with your insurance policy? Do you require a practice that accepts patients of all ages? Are there particular restorative or cosmetic services you anticipate needing? Answering these types of questions allows you to identify your main concerns so you can find the right provider to meet your unique needs.
How much does a routine dental visit cost near Southlake?
The American Dental Association recommends seeing your dentist every six months for a routine checkup and cleaning to avoid common dental problems, like cavities and gum disease. Despite this, only an estimated 65% of American adults have scheduled a visit within the past year.
You might avoid routine visits if you’re unsure what they typically cost. Typically, a routine checkup and cleaning in Southlake, TX, ranges from $100 to $350, though it depends on your circumstances. For instance, if you have dental insurance, preventive services might be fully covered. However, you might pay more during your visit if issues are found that need to be treated.
What level of education is required to be a dentist?
It’s natural to question what makes your dentist qualified to care for your teeth and gums, but the truth is, all licensed dentists in the U.S. must meet rigorous standards to be able to practice on patients. For instance, after earning an appropriate bachelor’s degree, they must achieve either a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from one of more than 70 institutions accredited by the American Dental Association.
Then, they can choose to focus on one or more of 12 specializations recognized by the ADA. Typically, to maintain their license, they must also complete a designated number of continuing education hours annually to stay on top of the latest trends in dental techniques and technology.
What do you do if you can’t afford a dentist?
Our office near Southlake proudly accepts most dental PPO insurance plans, but we also understand that not everyone carries a policy. If you’re uninsured and are worried you can’t afford the services needed to protect and preserve your smile, don’t lose hope!
We have partnered with CareCredit to offer flexible financial plans with little to no interest. If your application is approved, you can divide your total invoice into more manageable installments over a designated period that are easier on your wallet.
